Refund policy

We only accept returns if the item is damaged or incorrect. Return requests must be made within 24-48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Proof (photo/video) may be required.
